So, this ETSY Tuesday is dedicated to my iPhone loving husband. I thought this was just the coolest docking station I’ve seen to date. Woodtec’s ETSY shop sells a few varieties of the handmade iPhone docking stations and yes, it’s real wood.
“This is a MADE TO ORDER ITEM not the actual item for sale. It will be very similar, the docking stations are cut from the same type of wood, so it has very similar knots.”
“handmade of cedar....looks, feels and smells amazing! compatible with all iphones and all ipod devices(except shuffle). The docking stations use a standard USB plug, so it can be used to charge and sync with a computer. If it is for an iPhone, it came with an adapter to plug into the wall for charging.”
Such a cool and unique gift for that tech loving guy, or gal in your life. They do take 3-4 weeks to make, so get yours NOW!!

I am loving this post I found on Apartment Therapy. You can’t get anymore elegant than having a luxurious chandelier hanging in your bathroom.
“Chandeliers can add a touch of class and sparkle to any room. And who wouldn’t like a bit of elegance in the water closet? Actually, chandeliers fit with any style from modern mansions to industrial lofts.”
It can be hard to achieve a sense of elegance in a bathroom depending on where your bathroom is placed in the house, our how big it is. Lighting is where you’ll find the biggest bang for your buck and usually with the least effort.

Who doesn’t love the scent of lavender?
I do! These lavender-filled sachets can be used in a multitude of ways. The Lavender Road’s ETSY shop recommends giving them as a hostess gift, closet freshener or sleep inducer under your pillow! They also mention another benefit which I did not know about...moth repellent. How cool!
I almost always put a dryer sheet or two in my luggage when traveling to keep my clothes smelling nice and clean, but these sachets would be a great alternative!
“These Pretty Little Pillows are a beautiful way to add a lovely scent to any room of your home. They would make a wonderful gift for yourself or a friend.
Each set of Pretty Little Pillows is made from 100% linen. They are filled with lavender and a touch of flax seed. The flax seed makes them feel great...nice and squishy! They stack nicely and look great tossed in a bowl together. Each one measures 4 inches”

What a gem I’ve found in today’s ETSY Tuesday feature! Le Papier Studio and Paloma’s Nest have teamed up to bring us these beautiful hand painted silhouette ornaments. The ornaments are made by Paloma’s Nest, and then the silhouettes are hand painted on by Le Papier Studio’s...and wow, what a finished product! I’ve always had a love for silhouettes from seeing my Mom wear her Cameo broach with the image of a beautiful woman on it for years.
“Each ornament is crafted by hand by Paloma’s Nest utilizing fine pure white clay which has been fired and then finished with a special protective surface treatment. Silhouettes are hand painted to perfection with the finest black ceramic paint.”
What a great gift these would be for any friend or family member who has children. Silhouette’s add a bit of vintage and charm to any room, and would bring back that “old-timey” feeling to your Christmas Tree.
Visit Le Papier Studio to get more details on these handmade beauties and how to get one for you or a friend this holiday season!

Well, it’s Tuesday, which means it’s time for my first “ETSY Tuesday” feature!
This ceramic interpretation of a hydrangea caught my eye within seconds. Element Clay Studio created this masterpiece in a wall hanging.
“This little beauty is fit for the taking...a micro version of my large tiles! Now you can have Hydrangea in the small size!
Hand made with the finest porcelain clay, it measures a diminutive 5” square and a few inches deep. I left the surface unglazed, as to achieve that ethereal quality of translucency that only porcelain can give.”
You can have a room of entirely traditional things and then throw a few pieces like this in there, and you’ve got instant style. Check out more of Element Clay Studios fantastic designs at their ETSY store.
