I’ve always been intrigued by the simplicity and elegance of a small City Hall wedding ceremony. There’s something so classic and romantic about taking your vows the old-fashioned way in a world where weddings are super expensive and over-the-top.
Here are some great ideas to get you inspired for your own City Hall wedding...or if you’re already hitched, some beautiful style to drool over.
White Birdcage veil - Powder Blue Bijoux’s
Society Street Dress - Carol Hannah’s
MODERN CLUTCH - Upstyle
New York City Skyline Cuff Links - Bellamoda Artist’s
Bridal Earrings - Tiny Leaves
Mirrored Heel - Christian Louboutin
Classic Wedding Bands - CHenry’s

Lace has always been a classic and elegant detail to tie into your wedding decor. These days the girly textile seems to be everywhere from the cake to the favors...only this time, it’s modernized. Martha Stewart and Monique Lhuiller sure have caught onto this trend...and boy do they WOW us!

One of my favorite blog hosts Eddie Ross has is own beautiful ETSY store!
“After years of traveling the country, buying only the most beautiful things I love the most, I’m thrilled to announce our newest venture, Eddie Ross at Etsy, a unique collection of hand-picked, antique tabletop. Every piece in the collection I selected myself, then washed, ironed, or polished it by hand. Every piece carries with it detailed descriptions full of ideas. Every piece I would most certainly use in my own home. And every piece is $100 and under. We’ll be updating the store every Wednesday, so be sure to check back often! In the meantime, for more ideas on how to decorate and entertain both beautifully and affordably, visit our blog at http://www.eddieross.com. Thank you for stopping by!”
Everything has that warm and comforting feeling to it. It is a privilege to me that you could own something hand-picked by Eddie himself. Be sure to stop by his ETSY shop for gorgeous finds!

Baby showers are getting more and more unique these days. Many women choose to host their own showers, or are having Jack and Jill showers where both the Mom and Dad are there to open gifts and celebrate the upcoming arrival of their new bundle of joy.
I got to thinking of what I’d like at my own baby shower, and naturally came up with a “baby bird” theme (being that my maiden name is Byrd). Here are my favorite details! {disclaimer to my Mom and Mother-in-law...I am NOT pregnant!}
